  • Items must be unused and unpressed onto any surface.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Returns lost in transit without tracking c can be claim to the post office due to insurance in your package.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll gladly replace it.
